Since second half of XIXth century, the Zago’s family history grew along Piave River.
The company was dedicated to agriculture until arrival of Luigino. He chose to dedicate all production to cultivation of vine. Infact wine is his great passion.
The aim of winery is offer a typical product directly resulting from vineyards along Piave River. All steps are followed from Zago’s family, from grapes to bottles.

The Zago’s family cultivate its own vineyards, extended about 18 hectares and transforms grapes into wine, combining by experience and advanced technology on a daily basis.
The research and innovation that has been applied to each technique adopted in the vineyards and cellar are part of a company philosophy that passionately respects the traditional values of the Veneto peasant culture …
This can be seen in the warm welcome that Luigino, with his sons Chiara and Federico, offers to those who visit the premises where the wine is sold, produced and aged, situated still today on “La Bottera” family estate.

The Luigino Zago winery directly supervises all stages of production from management of the vineyards to marketing and selling the wine and is therefore able to guarantee total quality to its customers.
Its production of Piave wines and wine from Treviso area is truly unique.
